Mary’s financial and management experience extends
over 10 years across various industries with extensive
knowledge of the mining industry after working as
Assistant to the Managing Director of De Beers
Consolidated Mines. Other experience was gained
at Amatola Water, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BP and

Takalani Mukwevho – Technical Executive
Takalani has been managing fleets for more than
10 years. His career includes management positions
within Telkom, Debis Fleet Management, Provincial
Department of Public Transport Road and Works
where he at any one time directed and managed
fleets to the size of 6000 vehicles. In addition, he
was CEO of Phakisaworld, which runs the present
tender on different national departments with over
2000 vehicles. Qualifications: Diploma in

Fuzile Madikane – Human Resources Executive
Fuzile is a Senior Human Resources Practitioner
with HR generalist experience over 12 years. Fuzile
was appointed Human Resources Manager in 2002
at ACSA and later as Senior Manager Organisation
Development and Employee Relations and Executive
Human Resources in 2005 and 2007 respectively
at Total Facilities Management Company. Fuzile
